Dan Corley

Dan has the responsibility for the property management of a portfolio of retail centers totaling two million square feet. This includes all daily matters related to tenant service, maintenance and repairs, but also all financial matters related to lease administration, budgeting and long-term planning for each property's needs. Prior to joining Direct Development, Dan spent 14 years providing value-add services managing portfolios of office, retail and industrial properties for institutional and private investors, such as DBSI and AMRESCO, throughout the central and eastern United States.

He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Science degree.
