Our 650,000 SF Target anchored retail project on 82 acres is located in Harker Heights on the Northeast corner of S.H. 190 and F.M. 2410.

The site is located approximately four miles east of the Killeen Mall, and offers retailers an opportunity to locate at the front door of the affluent customers of Harker Heights while still serving the entire Fort Hood/ Killeen/Copperas Cove/ Harker Heights MSA.

This shopping destination has a new Super Wal-Mart and HEB already located near the center and is becoming the dominant retail intersection for the trade area. There are over more than 250,000 people in the trade area including 45,000 military supported residents.
