This Super Target anchored shopping center has approximately 300,000 SF of retail/restaurant space. Super Target opened its doors August 2007.

The recently completed S.H. 190 serves as the major outer loop in Dallas/Fort Worth with anticipated traffic counts exceeding 60,000 VPD vehicles per day. S.H. 190 will connect I-30 to the south and I-35W to the northwest. S.H. 190 provides a convenient and efficient thoroughfare for the commuters of Rowlett and surrounding cities.

S.H. 66, also called Lakeview Parkway, is Rowlett’s most heavily traveled east-west thoroughfare. It carries 43,801 VPD and connects Rowlett residents with Rockwall to the east and Dallas to the west.

Road construction on S.H. 190 opened in December of 2011.
