Linda Zimmerman

Linda is responsible for the retail project leasing and marketing of Direct Development projects as well as third party leasing assignments.  Linda is a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.  She has served in numerous management positions including asset management, investment sales and leasing for Falcon Realty Advisors, acquisitions/dispositions and leasing for Morghan Site Services, Coldwell Banker Commercial  and the real estate facilities group of three major banking institutions.

Linda is a graduate of the University of Houston, past president of Executive Women of Dallas, a long time member of CREW-Dallas and a graduate of Leadership Dallas Class of 1998.
